Thirty-one Houston neighborhoods have experienced an increase in median home prices in the two months since Harvey flooded the city. However, 18 neighborhoods have experienced a decrease in prices. Unsurprisingly, several of these areas have portions that are located on a 100-year or 500-year flood plain and have flooded several times in the past five to 15 years.
