PeopleReady of Ona, WV is now hiring Tile / Carpet Workers! Laying and setting tiles to create decorative wall, mural and floor designs. Cutting and fitting tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools. Preparing, measuring and marking surfaces to be covered. Preparing surfaces by levelling off with plaster, sand or cement.  Could be working with carpet as well at tile for some projects.

Pay Rate

The pay rate for this job is $18 / hour

What you'll be doing as an Tile / Carpet Worker:

Cutting Tile

• Using power tools and hand tools

• Moving materials and picking up debris 

• Assisting with projects and designs

Available shifts

 Shift Timings - All Available

Job requirements

• Able to actively assist the journeyman and finisher

• Ability to read tape measure

• Verifiable references to confirm your professional skills and experience

• Take pride in your strong work ethic, positive mindset, and desire to improve
