    Job Description:

    Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the physical plant, grounds and related equipment. Assists the Plant Operations Manager in preparing and administering the budget. Tracks work orders and the preventative maintenance system.

    Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

    High School graduate or GED and a minimum of 10 years experience; or an AAS degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience in the operation of high pressure power plants, large chillers and plant maintenance. City of Buffalo Chief Stationary Engineer license preferred. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals related to plant operations. Must have a current NY State driver license.
