    Bob Evans Farms operates in multiple convenience foods categories within grocery and club. It holds #1 market positions in three major categories. This winning brand has been experiencing strong growth, a trend it's expecting to continue mostly through its leadership in the refrigerated dinner and breakfast categories. Bob Evans Farms products are distributed nationally in retailers throughout North America. Responsibilities Position Overview: This position is responsible for performing start to finish cleaning and sanitation of production lines. Also, disassembling and assembling equipment for the purpose of cleaning and inspection. This position will support Operations and run productions lines when sanitation is not required. Accountabilities: Safety 1st. Follow all workplace safety rules. Participate from start to finish in sanitation of production lines and maintain sanitation completion time per the Master Sanitation schedule. Clean equipment as described by SSOP and to?USDA standards. Participate in disassembly and reassembly of equipment, with or without guidance. Follow and execute cleaning schedules/requirements. Ability to communicate problems or issues to production leadership to address concerns of product waste, quality or employee safety. Comply with applicable environment, health and safety rules, procedures, laws and accepted safe work practices. Report all unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and injuries to the appropriate person or office. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Qualifications Education: High School diploma or GED Solid computer skills (MS Office, Word, Power Point and Excel) Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing/food processing facility preferred but not required. ?     Physical Requirements: Manufacturing environment which includes proper use of required PPE. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to cold, wet or humid conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and the noise level can be loud. May lift up to 50 lbs.?regularly. Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time. Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer.
