THE ROLE :

Park Hyatt Chicago is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Room Attendant . As a Room Attendant , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and overall satisfaction of our guests during their stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and suites, contributing to the hotel's reputation for excellence and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Include, but not limited to) :

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites according to established standards and procedures.

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, making beds, replenishing amenities, and cleaning bathrooms.

• Ensure all guest supplies and amenities are stocked and replenished as needed.

• Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department.

• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.

• Adhere to safety and security procedures and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service to guests.
