    On-site Property Manager role in Burlingame! Our client is a privately owned Property Management company offering Luxurious Apartments across their multiple locations. This role does require you to live on-site. This is a temp to hire role paying $80,000 if hired on full-time. We are looking to start someone immediately!     Community Manager

    Two A-rated downtown Burlingame properties with 115 total units

    POSITION

    • Advertise vacancies; schedule and tour potential residents. Maintain high occupancy levels

    • Conduct daily property walk-throughs to assure security and tidiness

    • Maintain strong professional relationships with tenants, colleagues, and vendors

    • Participate in meetings with upper management

    • Coordinate maintenance work, and routine fire and safety inspections

    • Source vendors and obtains vendor bids for special work and/or regular services; manage all vendor services

    • Living onsite opportunity. Schedule includes weekends

    Compensation DOE, with onsite apartment and parking, and benefits (vacation pay, holiday pay, sick pay, medical and dental). There is a full-time maintenance manager as part of the Community Management team.

    IDEAL CANDIDATES

    • Results driven, highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities to completion.

    • Problem solver. Maintains efficiencies

    • Knowledge of tenant, eviction and fair housing laws and applicable federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations pertaining to the multifamily industry is helpful

    • Knowledge of the multifamily property management industry

    • Customer service/resident relations experience

    BASIC REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on residential property management experience.

    • Strong computer skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and Google docs.

    • Experience with Yardi is a plus.
