    As a Property Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our property management activities. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee administrative tasks related to property management, including lease administration, tenant relations, and property maintenance coordination.     Responsibilities

    Lease Administration

    • Manage lease agreements, including lease renewals, terminations, and amendments.

    • Maintain accurate records of lease documents, ensuring compliance with lease terms and conditions.

    • Coordinate lease documentation and communicate lease information to tenants and stakeholders.

    Tenant Relations

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns.

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing issues promptly and effectively.

    • Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease terminations.

    Rent Collection and Financial Administration

    • Assist in rent collection activities, including issuing invoices, tracking payments, and managing delinquencies.

    • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts related to property operations.

    • Coordinate with accounting personnel to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

    Property Maintenance Coordination

    • Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for the property, including scheduling service providers and overseeing work completion.

    • Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and ensure timely resolution of issues.

    • Conduct periodic property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

    Administrative Support

    • Assist in the preparation of leasing documents, contracts, and correspondence.

    • Maintain organized filing systems and databases for property-related documentation.

    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed by management.

    Vendor and Contractor Management

    • Obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and coordinate services with vendors and contractors.

    • Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to contract terms and service level agreements.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

    • Proven experience in property management or real estate administration.

    • Strong understanding of property management principles, leasing practices, and landlord-tenant laws.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and property management software.

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
