  • Principal Equipment Custodian Hill AFB, UT, USA Req #3119 Friday, October 2, 2020 Summary All Native Group is currently seeking experienced professionals for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center at Hill Air Force Base-Ogden, Utah. This will be supporting the Integration Support Contract (ISC) 2.0. Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon systems. Essential Functions • Leads in planning, evaluating, directing, controlling, analyzing and coordinating complex cross-functional projects. Competencies • Contractor shall obtain and maintain certifications as required by current versions of AFMAN17-1303, DoDI 8570.01 -M, and other applicable laws and regulations • Ability to apply problem solving methodologies and principles • Task leader experience • Understanding of IT practices and principles associated with asset management Supervisory Responsibility None required for this position Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. • Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. • Expresses or exchanges ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly or quickly. • Frequently moves standard office equipment up to 25 pounds. • Must be able to work indoor conditions 90% of the time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need. Travel Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected. Experience • Develops and executes complex technical tasks • Oversees BSLM and USLM support in compliance with AF managerial and procedural requirements related to IT acquisition and accounts for IT hardware/software assets. • Interfaces with Government and contractor personnel to manage budgets, projects and/or operations. • Ensures support contract effectiveness/efficiency by establishing schedules, monitoring progress, and taking corrective action as needed. • Ensures contractor compliance with IT hardware/software acquisition and inventory management requirements • Prevents data leakage by monitoring IT hardware/software that has reached obsolescence • Coordinates with Security Directorate personnel for sanitized IT hardware turn over congruent with Reuse and eWaste processes • Ensures that chain-of-custody processes for IT assets are maintained • Communicates and coordinates with IT-Asset-Management-related stakeholders • Promotes, assists, or leads process improvement efforts • Supports other CIO-T offices and services ensuring appropriate integration and interoperability of new, updated, or current IT-Asset-Management-related processes, standards, directives, instructions and memorandums Education • AS degree in STEM/IT related field + 15 years' experience OR • BS degree in STEM/IT-related field + 12 years of experience OR • Masters + 9 years of related experience Additional Eligibility Qualifications • N/A Security Clearance Active DoD Secret or (STRONGLY preferred) Active DoD Top Secret Clearance AAP/EEO Statement All Native Group is an equal opportunity employer.
