Job Title: Landscape Technician (DISA)

Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services, Inc. has an immediate need for a Landscape Technician at Hill AFB, Utah to perform the duties necessary to maintain landscaped areas in a commercial environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain landscape equipment, such as mowers, trimmer, blowers, snowplow truck and other snow removal equipment efficiently and safely.

• Perform sprinkler system maintenance, operation and repairs.

• Remove yard debris and manage weed control.

• Communicate effectively and cooperate with supervisors, client, etc.

• Perform snow removal services, may be required to report during off hours.

• Perform seasonal activities, such as fall cleanup and winter assignments, efficiently and safely.

• Assist in the building facility maintenance when needed to perform GMW type maintenance during down time of property.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 0-2 years of experience using landscape maintenance equipment.

• Ability to do small engine and equipment maintenance and repairs.

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals.

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

• Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations.

• Ability to learn and use CMMS Work Order System.

• Ability to acquire a Secret Clearance.
