CONSTRUCTION WORKERS - OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE

Job Title: General Laborer

$18 - $20 Hourly Starting Wage (Weekly Pay)

Monday - Friday / 7am - 5pm / Saturday OT

Job Summary:

In this position, you will be joining a team working at one of the top construction sites in the Des Moines Metro area & top datacenters in the world. Multiple job opportunities/projects lined up for the year. Projects are expanding with plenty of growth opportunities available. Seeking reliable/hardworking construction workers performing various tasks to help expand datacenter size.

Job Description: (Will be trained in on all tasks)

• Required to work off blueprints, utilize hand and power tools to assemble and mount trays, server racks, and closets, and pull fiber optic cables.

• Install work area outlets for floors, walls, and perform pre-termination procedures such as organizing, dressing cables, and determining lengths.

• Will be trained to install data racks, closets, grounding for racks, and installing fiber optic cables/terminating low-voltage devices.

• Clean and maintain the data center facility, including hauling/moving equipment/construction material around the site.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the data center.

Work Environment:

• This job is performed in working elements - 25% outside & 75% inside

• Work is performed on an active construction site, large datacenter with lots of equipment and material being moved around consistently.

• Community work environment - multiple construction crews, HyVee food tent, and various locations around site.

• Required to wear steel-toed work boots and jeans. Will be provided PPE gear.

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License

• Pass 7 yr. back ground check and drug test

• Able to work Monday - Friday 10 hour shifts, plus 8 hours on Saturday when needed.

• Must have at least 1 yr. experience in: Construction / Landscaping / Heavy Industrial / Heavy Manufacturing
