***** THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
This position is truly a combination of building relationships, closing the sale, and watching how happy people are as they move in their new home. We're a small property management company with 200+ homes in our portfolio. You'll be working alongside the Property Manager and the Assistant Property Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of all our properties. You will be primarily responsible for answering phone calls, emails
- Handling all administrative tasks including leasing paperwork, qualifying residents, processing applications and renewals, filing, collecting rent payments, calling vendors etc.
- Walk the properties as needed and partner with the other office staff to ensure homes are ready for showing.
- Taking marketing photos on occasion.
- Work on special projects as deemed necessary by management
- Work toward meeting and exceeding property goals.

- Maintain a friendly, positive, and upbeat attitude
Cell phone, laptop is included.
This position is a 1099 Position that includes salary, plus vacation pay and PTO after 90 days. We are currently not offering any medical or dental plans.
Call-ins/no shows/ are not acceptable.
