  • Description:

    Monday - Friday 8a - 5p, some saturdays and on-call one week/month. soon moving to on-call one week every 2 months

    • Perform Water Mitigation Services and/or Fire/Smoke Damage Restoration Services to restore our

    customers' properties to their pre-loss condition.

    • Maintain records of services in job management software.

    • Foster open communication with team members, property owners, office personnel, company

    management, and insurance adjustors.

    • Provide best in class customer service for the homeowners that we are privileged to serve.

    -Water team includes more demolition, working with hand tools like hammers, saws, crow bar. Equipment includes certain types of wet vacs, dehumidifiers

    -Fire team includes more cleaning and packing up boxes

    -Technicians can either be on the fire team, water team, or switch between if they have a preference on job duties

    Company is growing and adding 8 people to their current team of 18. People have the opportunity to work into a team lead in as few as 18 months if they are motivated. can earn $25 - $30 as a team leader.
