    Schedule: Fulltime Shift :3-Night

    Location: 7700 S BROADWAY, Littleton, 80122

    The role you'll contribute:

    Under the direct supervision of the Lead Supervisor, performs a variety of tasks in the coordination/managing of Environmental Services. Responsible for the supervision and accomplishment of the personnel maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for patients, visitors and staff. Must work closely with all Departments and staff to ensure the patient's best interests are top priority. Plans, organizes, supervises, coordinates and controls the activities of the Environmental Services Department.

    • Develops, evaluates and implements departmental policies and procedures, goals and objectives and standards of work.

    • Monitors existing programs for compliance with the environmental policies and procedures.

    • Identifies potential environmental issues and develops strategies to effectively respond.

    • Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality customer service.

    • Prepares, evaluates and controls the department's annual budget.

    • Develops and applies standards of quality and productivity.

    • Inspects and evaluates physical condition of the hospital.

    Qualifications

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

    • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental services
