Evening Janitorial Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Head Custodian to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in floor care, commercial cleaning, and custodial duties.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate custodial staff in daily cleaning tasks

• Perform and oversee floor care maintenance including buffing, waxing, and polishing

• Ensure all areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards

• Address any maintenance issues promptly

Experience

• Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning

• Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment effectively

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
