HIRING FOR EVS WORKERS

(READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION BELOW AND APPLY ACCORDINGLY)

Shifts:

1st Shift

7am - 3:30pm Must work weekends and holidays

2nd Shift

3:00pm-11:30pm Must work weekends and holidays

Job Description:

Cleaning patient rooms - taking out trash, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, sweeping, disinfecting around the room

Cleaning in high and low areas

Cleaning in administrative offices - wiping down, taking out trask, sweeping and mopping

Cleaning hallways - sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, disinfecting, and other duties may be assigned

Removing dirty linens and replacing with new ones

Collects/stores/transports biohazardous waste

Stocking carts with cleaning supplies needed for that shift

Making sure that supply closet is stocked

May clean up urine, blood, feces, and other things that you would see in a hospital

Adhering to PPE guidelines

Interacting with patients, visitors and staff

May lift/push up to 50 lbs. (pushing cart with trash or supplies or linens)
