    Crew Member

    Job Purpose

    McDonald's Crew Members deliver an exceptional customer experience every time, while upholding McDonald's beliefs of quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality. You will get the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks including working in the kitchen preparing food and/or helping customers in the ordering process in drive-thru or front counter.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    • Providing customers with a great experience.

    • Greeting customers with a smile.

    • Taking accurate food orders.

    • Preparing all of McDonald's World-Famous food.

    • Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift.

    • Restaurant Cleanliness.

    • Ensuring items are well stocked.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Reporting Relationships

    Reports to the Shift Manager.

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's)

    • Excellent Communication and Customer

    • Service skills and a professional demeanor.

    • Possess a professional attitude and work ethic in addition to being well organized and efficient.

    • Detail oriented, highly organized and calm under pressure.

    • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

    • Warm, friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.

    • Strong problem-solving skills

    • Passion to meet and exceed expectations.

    • Ability to communicate in the English language proficiently.

    • Duties as assigned.

    Health, Safety and Food Safety

    • Responsible to follow all safety rules and work safely.

    • Use of non-slip or slip resistant shoes required.

    • Responsible for reporting unsafe practices or concerns to the Store Manager.

    • Must adhere to all company policy and practices.

    • Must adhere to appearance policy- Facial jewelry, acrylic/false nails, visible tattoos (face/hands/neck) and beards are prohibited while working.

    • No use of bracelet or wrist watches.

    • No use of cell phone while working.

    • No use of air pods while working.

    Working Conditions

    • Restaurant environment with regulated temperature.

    • Personal Protective Equipment usage where required.

    Physical abilities

    • Position will require an ability to talk or hear for frequently long periods of time.

    • Required ability to stand for long periods of time.

    • Required bend/bend from the waist and reach with hands and arms.

    • Daily lifting and/or ability to move/push/pull up to 35 pounds.

    • Required ability to kneel, crawl and squat.

    • Manual dexterity and coordination are required to perform the work various restaurant related tools and equipment.
