Apartment Maintenance Technician

Now Hiring Maintenance Technicians for the East Valley

We pride ourself in providing properties across the valley with hard working and reliable maintenance technicians

To ensure our properties are maintained at the highest level, you will need to:

• Respond and complete maintenance requests
• Responsible for apartment turns and various special projects
• Contribute to the team by being aware of and relaying information regarding the apartment community’s general appearance and condition
• Be knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting and appliance diagnosis and repair

Qualifications to keep our communities running:

• 3-6 months experience in apartment maintenance or related fields
• Must be a team-player, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and property manager
• The ability to prioritize and manage your daily workload to ensure successful completion in a timely manner
• Positive attitude a must and strong communication skills
• Own general hand tools
• HVAC and CPO certification is a plus
