SR Project Manager- should have 7-9 years-experience of Project Management in Product Development. 5 years leading teams on large scale project development. This
SR Project Manager will manage a research project for creating network connectivity for their respitory devices. This project just received funding approval to conduct the stage 1 and stage 2 activities for a respiratory connectivity solution (stage 1 is concept development and stage 2 is planning / feasibility). They currently have robust Network/Systems connectivity programs in place for their infusion pumps and drug dispensing, but the respiratory solutions (ventilators) are just starting to work in this direction
-Experienced Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, and Project Manager
PMP (Desired)
Product Development experience (with Medical Devices a huge plus but not required at this point)
Agile methodology experience
Waterfall Methodology
Scrum Master
SAP (bonus)
Process adherence in a rapid development environment
Strong understanding of financial concepts as they relate to project management-revenue- projections and development costs.
Reviews and analyzes project activities, costs, operations, forecasting, to determine progress toward stated goals.
Carries out some supervisory activities to include: interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning and directing work, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving issues.
Experience working with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, finance and large matrix organizations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication and professional skills a must.
