The incumbent will be approving claims with our qualified sub-contractors, explain warranty coverage to homeowners and help our customers through the claims process while troubleshooting any claim issues that may arise with our sub-contractors.
Requirements:
2 years experience as a Claims Adjuster Previous HVAC or Plumbing experience Excellent Communication Skills Ability to Multi-Task Positive Goal Oriented Strong Negotiating and problem solving skills Organized Strong Customer Service skills
