Online Brand Rep Coordinator
Online Brand Rep Coordinator We are currently searching for an Online Brand Rep Coordinator to join our team in Chicago. The Online Brand Reputation Coordinator will manage the daily listening & engaging within review sites for Equity Residential apartments, leveraging, drafting and providing response to reviews as appropriate. Role will include consulting with key stakeholders to identify online influencers, evaluate emerging business issues and trends and create a reporting and escalation path as needed for the business. This role will partner with various business units and support teams to ensure alignment with corporate initiatives and influence products and services as identified through social media. Additionally, this position will be responsible for recording and reporting publishing times and working to improve quality and submission-to-live turn-around time.
The ideal candidate will have a four (4) year college degree and a minimum of five (5) years of prior work experience. A minimum of one (1) year Customer Service or Brand/Reputation Management experience. A minimum of two (2) years experience maintaining internal or external customer relationships and satisfaction. A minimum of one (1) year experience successfully using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in a professional environment. Understanding of web site design and its impact on guest experience. Strong project management and prioritization skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Values freely sharing ideas and information to achieve the best results possible. Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively with teams to support the design metrics databases and reports.
