The West Richmond Office of BWW Law Group, LLC: has an opening for an attorney to join our expanding Creditors' Rights practice. Applicants must be organized and be capable of producing detail oriented work. This job entails preparation and review of documents to be filed in Bankruptcy Court as well as other Federal and State Courts. Creditors' Rights experience a plus but not required. Mortgage Lending, Real Estate, or Bankruptcy experience preferred but not required. This position will involve the supervision and responsibility for paralegals and possibly other attorneys within the firm. A willingness and ability to interact daily with large mortgage lenders from across the country is required. Salary commensurate with experience.
