Effectively supervise assigned employees to repair and maintain building and plant equipment.
Directly responsible for:
Building Maintenance - Investigates, evaluates and takes appropriate action to maintain all Silgan property.
Safety - Trains, evaluates, and takes appropriate action to maintain a safe work environment with established standards and guidelines.
Production Equipment - Investigates, evaluates and takes appropriate action to maintain and improve production efficiencies within the established standards or guidelines.
Employee Relations - Investigates, evaluates, reports and takes appropriate action to maintain cooperative relations
Resource Control - Investigates, evaluates and takes appropriate action to keep the resource usage within established standards or guidelines.

Requirements:
Experience required: 5-10 yrs in a manufacturing environment supervising others. Preferably in a plastics facility.
