The position primarily performs lease reviews and lease amendments for new and modified wireless communication systems. In addition, this person handles all the requirements for any changes or additions pursuant to co-location agreements and/or Master Lease/Site Agreements with national tower companies and other landlords. It also oversees the site acquisition activities up to and including building permit (coordination of surveys, regulatory filings, environmental and NEPA, A&E, zoning hearings and required documentation) and ensures the timely deliverables in the quantity and at the rate required by the client contract. Required Experience
Required: * At least 2 years of experience in wireless site acquisition & zoning for new sites, including handling co-locations * At least 2 years of experience in wireless site acquisition & zoning for modifying existing sites, including handling co-locations * Good presentation skills - must occasionally represent client in front of various boards and neighborhood organizations * Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment to meet project deadlines * Self starter with the ability to be highly productive and accountable to complete work remotely using electronic files * Knowledge of the local jurisdictions and tower ordinances * Strong computer skills with Excel and Word * Strong organization and time management skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities * Good communication skills with ability to present data and forecasts accurately to clients * Building permit process experience
Preferred: * Legal document preparation and review experience * Experience with the local jurisdictions and tower ordinances * Real Estate License * Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area
