The Metro Y of the Oranges is the largest association of YMCAs in the state of New Jersey, serving over 97,000 members and program participants annually. Through our five branches, located in East Orange, Hardyston, Livingston, Maplewood and Stillwater, we provide quality programs for youth, teens, adults, families and seniors in the following areas: aquatics, health & wellness, childcare, before & after school enrichment, summer camp, sports, leadership, youth and teen development, conference groups and environmental education. We are looking for two hands-on and seasoned Building and Property Directors: one at our South Mountain Branch in Maplewood, NJ and one at our Sussex County Branch in Hardyston, NJ. He/she will be responsible for the administration, coordination, and delivery of maintenance and janitorial services. Major areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to management of all areas of the department including the oversight of all branch property, mechanical equipment and general maintenance, and all related facility and/or property contracts, budget oversight, quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe building and grounds.
