Job Description
BASIC PURPOSE:
Provides administrative support to Vice President of Analytics and Business Analytics team by assisting with reserve for replacement draws, TECO gas rebates, utility allowance documentation and other administrative type work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Assists with reserve for replacement draw process including reviewing capital reserve disbursement agreements to determine qualified expense and submission requirements, reviewing general ledger activity to determine qualified expenses, obtaining copies of invoices, cancelled checks and lien waivers, inputting data into Excel worksheets, writing cover letters, and submitting and tracking status of reserve draws until funds are received and accounted for properly.
2. Assists with TECO and other utility related rebate programs as follows: Researches and understands specifics of programs available, works with Operations to obtain necessary information to submit rebate forms, completes rebate forms, and tracks and monitors rebates received to ensure receipt and proper accounting of funds.
3. Assists Business Analytics team with maintaining proper utility allowance documentation and updates for Section 42 maximum allowable rents as follows: Updates tracking spreadsheets as necessary, contacts housing authority or utility provider for utility allowance updates, calculates utility allowances, updates rent calculation sheets and communicates changes with Operations and Compliance.




Required Skills
KNOWLEDGE:
High school diploma required. Requires basic knowledge of administrative and accounting principles. In addition, must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general ledger software.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum two years of administrative experience and business knowledge.
