Conventional and FHA/DE Certified Underwriters Pay based on exp. and position! Conventional and FHA DE Certified Underwriters, with recent work experience, are encouraged to apply for Direct Hire openings with a company headquartered in the Lewisville area. Candidates must be professional, well-spoken and detail-oriented, as they will be verifying loan documentation of income, credit, home appraisals, title information, etc. This will require direct correspondence with the lender/broker, banks and attorneys. REQUIREMENTS~ *4-year degree preferred/High School Diploma accepted w/ heavy industry experience. *Minimum of 2 years underwriting conventional or FHA/DE Certified Loans. *Recent experience required, due to changing policies and requirements. Must have underwritten the loan, not audited them. (Due Diligence and Forensic Underwriting in a recent role will not suffice). *A criminal background check, credit check and drug screen will be required. *FHA /DE candidates must be DE certified and have over 5 years of experience.
